Crown Place Apartments

A slightly different but a fantastic project, Incorporating a complete removal of communal decking and glass balustrades throughout a large residential block. Approx 800 LM of degraded balcony channels were removed with galvanised channels reinstalled and glazing re bedded, along with the complete repainting of steel work made this project one to remember!!

Full programs and time keeping were essential for this to go smoothly, overall a transformation from top to bottom bought this block back to its original state.
