Chelsea block apartments

This Chelsea located building was built in 1932 (a listed building) and to this day most of its original features, Due to access issues, the render work had never been maintained and over the years the elements had started to take their toll.

We were tasked with assessing the damaged render and restore to its original state, ensuring all leaks were resolved and any dangerous loose render was removed and re-installed. 

These vital repairs were completed with no enviromental impact and no disturbance to the residents
